Our manufacturing process is state of the art. We use high end computer controlled equipment which guarantees accuracy and consistent quality. We use only the best hand selected materials and supplies in our custom built cabinetry.

The first step in creating beautiful cabinetry is planning and design. We meet with all our clients first to discuss their needs and wants, and to share our professional opinion and design.

All cabinet part sizes are generated on the computer from the design drawings. These parts are then optimized for material efficiency when cutting.

All jobs are entered into our production schedule and monitored daily to ensure on-time delivery.
All parts are precision cut to size on our computerized panel saw.
Each Part is labeled and tracked throughout the production process.
All parts that need routing, drilling, grooving are machined on a computerized maching centre.
Cabinet part edges are then finished through an edgebanding machine.

All unfinished cabinet parts are then finished in a climate controlled, dust-free paint department

Cabinet parts are then drilled and wooden dowel pins inserted
Once cabinet parts are cut, machined, and finished, hardware is applied & cabinet boxes are assembled and clamped.
Cabinet doors are hinged and installed on the cabinet
Drawer boxes are built, fronts attached and installed into cabinets.
Final cabinet adjustments are made.
